A £10 per person deposit is payable as soon as we confirm your chosen date and time. You will be sent a payment link and have 24 hours to make full payment of your deposit before your booking is released.

Changes in Numbers to Your Christmas Party Booking

Guests who cancel less than 14 days in advance of your booking will forfeit their £10 per person deposit.

If a guest cancels less than 24 hours in advance, the party will be charged for their pre-ordered food.

 

Full Cancellation of Your Christmas Party Booking

After 14 days of confirmation of your booking and payment of your deposit, your deposit becomes non-refundable.

At the discretion of the management, it may be possible to transfer your deposit to an alternative date, dependent on availability.

Last minute cancellations of the whole party with less than 48 hours notice will be liable for the cost of all pre-ordered food and will be invoiced for the full amount.
